Construction of boundary walls around 703 acres of Telangana Housing Board lands near completion
The construction of boundary walls around over 700 acres of Telangana Housing Board’s lands is nearing completion. The 703 acres of lands, spread around Hyderabad, are high-value lands. The work began in September last year. Around 80% of lands were secured by boundary walls. The Board’s vice chairman V.P. These assets would be utilised for the building of affordable houses for the middle class. Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy earlier said that houses for the middle class would be constructed between Outer Ring Road (ORR) and Regional Ring Road (RRR).
Officials said that boundary walls around 1821 acres of Deccan Infrastructure and Land Holdings Limited too has begun.
