Drew Barrymore is proof that dating can be spooky, even if you’re a celebrity.
The talk show host said on Monday’s show that she had recently been ghosted by a man she went on a date with.
Since she thought the date went well, Barrymore said she decided to follow up afterward.
“Since then, I texted him, and I was like, ‘Lovely to see you again the other night.’ We went back and forth twice, and then he ended with, ‘Haaaaa.’ And I haven’t heard anything,” she told her co-host Ross Mathews and guest Valerie Bertinelli, according to People.
Barrymore had no idea why her date suddenly went radio silent, but she hinted it wasn’t the first time she’s been ghosted.
