WV Gov. Jim Justice to delay US Senate swearing-in, averting brief bedlam in Charleston

West Virginia would have had four governors in ten days if Justice were to take his Senate seat on-time, so the governor announced he will serve out his term.
Justice said he doesn’t expect much to happen between Jan. 3 – when Congress is sworn in – and Jan. 20 – when President-elect Donald Trump is inaugurated, but that in Charleston, many things might transpire. Charles Creitz is a reporter for Fox News Digital.
