A team of firefighters in Michigan worked together and braved thin ice while rescuing a stranded deer that was stuck floundering on an icy lake alone.
In the video of the courageous rescue, fire officials are seen plotting their path to the startled deer in the middle of the lake. Sarah Rumpf-Whitten is a breaking news writer for Fox News Digital and Fox Business.
The deer was seen lying down with all its extremities splayed out. She is a native of Massachusetts and is based in Orlando, Florida.
