Temperatures are expected to drop even more in the evening, with a low of -10 C and wind chill values of -18.
Cold weather is set to continue into Tuesday, with a high of -4 C, but the wind chill making it feel more like -17 C in the morning and -12 C by the afternoon.
Tuesday's overnight low is forecasted to be -12 C, with a high of -8 C for Wednesday.
