The 2022 Toyota GR 86 is an updated version of a car that first went on sale in 2013 as the Scion FR-S. The two-door coupe is scheduled to go on sale this November with a starting price below $30,000.

The GR is a reference to Toyota’s motorsports arm, Gazoo Racing, which is coming off of its fourth-straight 24 Hours of Le Mans win, and is a clear signal that the car has been taken up a notch.
