Curtains on the record-breaking tour will close for good in December, but not without a commemorative book and yet another variant of Swift's latest album.
Taylor Swift’s historic Eras Tour is one for the books — literally.
The “Anti-Hero” singer made the bittersweet announcement Tuesday that, although her cultural phenomenon of a tour will come to a close in December, she’s releasing a commemorative Eras Tour book and the “Anthology” version of her latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” on vinyl and CD to assuage her loyal fans.
“We’ll be kicking off the final leg of The Eras Tour this week, which is hard to comprehend,” Swift wrote Tuesday on Instagram. “This tour has been the most wondrous experience and I knew I wanted to commemorate the memories we made together in a special way.”
Swift went on to reveal that the book will include “never-before-seen” photos from the road, “personal reflections” and all the “magical memories” she shared with fans on tour.
Known for her penchant to drop numerous versions of her albums, Swift also shared that “The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology” would be “available for the first time” on vinyl and CD next month. She noted that this particular variant of the platinum-selling album will only be available at Target upon its release.
