A three-judge Bench led by Chief Justice of India N.V. Ramana is scheduled on Wednesday (January 12) to seeking the arrest and trial of people who made hate speeches, inciting violence towards Muslims, .
The other judges on the Bench are Justices Surya Kant and Hima Kohli.
The CJI had on Monday assured senior advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing in the petition, that the court would list the case quickly.
