Inflation records turned the season into the summer of Bidenflation. That means high prices for gas, food and more and all that costs families $5,000 this year.
Congressman Greg Pence represents Indiana’s 6th District. From Columbus, Indiana, Pence advocates for conservative Hoosier values as a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
Under the Biden Administration, inflation has gone up every month and today stands at a 40-year high. The Consumer Price Index, which measures inflation, notes that goods and services are up more than 8 percent over the last year. In that same period, food prices cost nearly 10 percent more and energy prices have risen more than 30 percent.
According to an analysis by the Congressional Budget Office, Bidenflation now costs the typical American family some $5,000 a year.
