Several hospitalized after multi-vehicle Macleod Trail crash

A crash involving multiple vehicles has sent several people to hospital, closing sections of two major Calgary roads, police confirm to CBC News.
First responders were called to a collision around the intersection at Macleod Trail S., and Southland Drive just after 10 a.m. Thursday.
Police said several people were taken to hospital with unknown injuries at the time.
Parts of Southland Drive and Macleod Trail near the intersection remained closed early Thursday for an investigation.
