Seth Meyers on Thursday mocked embattled North Carolina Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson (R) with an NSFW punchline.
CNN last week published a report detailing North Carolina gubernatorial candidate Robinson’s alleged “history of posting inflammatory comments on a porn site’s message board,” noted the “Late Night” comedian.
Several Robinson staffers are reportedly planning to quit over the allegations.
As an image of tissues appeared on the screen, Meyers joked: “Robinson is either really sad or those tissues are for something else.”
