The "Late Night" comedian took inspiration from the streaming giant's Jake Paul–Mike Tyson coverage glitches.
Beyoncé’s NFL Christmas Day Halftime Show — which the singing superstar will perform during the Baltimore Ravens-Houston Texans game on Dec. 25 — will be broadcast live on Netflix.
And Seth Meyers thinks he knows how it will go.
On Tuesday, the “Late Night” comedian said: “I don’t want to spoil anything but here’s a sneak peek at what that will look like.”
He then mockingly imagined what viewers will tune into: the Netflix logo above a spinning wheel showing it is buffering at 99%.
The line referenced the glitching issues experienced by some viewers during the service’s broadcast of the Jake Paul–Mike Tyson boxing match.
One person joked that having the TV doc run Medicare was like "putting Tom Hanks in charge of NASA because he played an astronaut in Apollo 13."
