Vijayakumar, senior consultant nephrologist, Kaliappa Renal Centre. The awards were presented by Dr.T.S. Surendran, chairman and head, department of paediatric ophthalmology, Sankara Nethralaya and Dr. C. Senthilnathan, president, Rotary Club of Chennai IT city.
