Rangers’ Ryan Lindgren, Islanders’ Oliver Wahlstrom file for salary arbitration
NY Post
Two local players are set for arbitration.
Rangers defenseman Ryan Lindgren and Islanders forward Oliver Wahlstrom both filed for salary arbitration, the NHL Players Association announced Friday.
There were 14 players across the league who did so.
A date will be set for them and their respective teams to present their cases to an independent arbitrator for what their salary will be for the 2024-25 season.
The two sides still can come to terms on a contract before arbitration.
Lindgren, 26, is a restricted free agent.
