Elon Musk has announced the date for first deliveries of the new Model S Plaid. Tesla claims it will be the world's quickest car.
During a Tesla earnings call in January, Musk said production was already underway and that deliveries would start in February, but it was later revealed that none of the cars had been built through March. The $119,990 sedan is powered by three electric motors with a combined output of 1,020 hp and can accelerate to 60 mph in 1.99 seconds and cover a quarter mile in 9.43 seconds, according to Tesla.More Related News
