"Good Luck Babe" singer Chappell Roan yelled at a "disrespectful" photographer at a red carpet premiere and demanded an apology a month after she had a similar incident.
In a viral fan video, the singer angrily approached the unidentified photographer and yelled, "You were so disrespectful to me at the Grammys."
