Parts of Manipur and Nagaland shut down on Tuesday to protest against the lack of progress in the Naga peace process. The Isak-Muivah faction of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland or NSCN (I-M) had called the 12-hour shutdown on the sixth anniversary of the signing of the Framework Agreement signed on August 3, 2015.
