Norway to keep supplying US Navy with fuel despite company boycott call
Fox News
Norway made clear on Sunday that it has no plans of cutting off the U.S. Navy from fuel supplies despite the threats of a boycott from one of the country's suppliers.
The statement comes after privately held Norwegian fuel supplier Haltbakk Bunkers took to social media Friday and threatened a boycott of the U.S. Navy in response to President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s heated Oval Office exchange. "Huge credit to the president of Ukraine restraining himself and for keeping calm even though USA put on a backstabbing TV show. It made us sick... No Fuel to Americans!," the company said in a Facebook post that has since been deleted.
