Pandas at a Denmark zoo might have proven why the species is endangered after a male opted to munch on bamboo instead of making whoopie with his mate. “How is the pandas’ attempt at natural mating progressing on day two, you ask?” reads the snarky caption to Instagram footage of the sex snub, which was filmed last month at Copenhagen Zoo. The facility had reportedly been excited to finally pair the pandas, which only “meet to mate once a year,” a zoo spokesperson told Jam Press.
