Kate Hudson and fiancé Chance Moore announced the passing of their 2-year-old daughter, Eliza Adalynn Moore.
Hudson revealed that Eliza died on Father’s Day, June 20, in an emotional Instagram post on Monday. Eliza was born in August 2018, and at 10 months old she was diagnosed with cancer. This past November, after treatments proved ineffective, Hudson and Moore created a GoFundMe page in an effort to help provide “as much of a normal toddler life as possible” for the little time they were told they’d have left together.
