Honduras' president signs order ending the 10-year ban on the sale, use of 'morning after pill'
Fox News
The Honduras ban on the "morning after pill" has been lifted after over a decade. The ban was overturned by Xiomara Castro, the country's first female president.
Honduras, a heavily Catholic nation, banned the use and sale of the morning after pill in 2009, arguing the emergency contraception would cause abortions.
Castro opened its use to rape victims in November.
