An ex-American Diabetes Association director has filed a lawsuit accusing the organization of firing her for objecting to a 'pay-to-play' scheme involving the sweetener Splenda.
Hanna specifically accused ADA Vice President Nicole Johnson of engaging in an "intentional and targeted campaign" of retaliation.
