Doha among top world capitals with fastest 5G download speed

Doha: As the race to provide faster 5G performance among countries intensifies, Qatar has emerged among the top countries in internet speed. Doha has ranked fourth globally in the list of top 15 world capitals with the fastest 5G download speed during the first two quarter of this year, according to Speedtest Intelligence by Ookla.

With a median download speed of 413.40 Mbps, Doha secured fourth position in the ranking. “Oslo (Norway) was the fastest world capital for 5G during Q1-Q2 2021. Doha had the fourth fastest median download speed over 5G,” said the report by Ookla.
