Critics Tee Off On 'Hypocrite' Trump's Brazen New Complaint About Federal Workers

The president accused government employees of something he does all the time.
President Donald Trump took aim at federal workers this week with a complaint that his critics were quick to call out as hypocritical.
Trump, who loves golf and is frequently seen out on the course, said federal workers are spending too much time golfing and not enough time at the office.
The president said he would end remote work policies as a result, adding that federal workers will need to show up in person or they will be fired.
“Show up to work in person like the rest of us,” Trump said in Miami on Wednesday. “You can’t work at home. They’re not working. They’re playing tennis, they’re playing golf, or they have other jobs. But they’re not working or they’re certainly not working hard.”
Trump has already played golf at one of his own resorts on nine of his first 30 days office, costing taxpayers $10.7 million at a time when he has had tech billionaire Elon Musk making wholesale cuts to federal agencies in an attempt to save money.
