Complaints against airlines, travel agencies hits record high

The U.S. Department of Transportation released its Air Travel Consumer Report on Thursday.
The DOT said the number of complaints is the "highest number on record" and up 568.4% from the number of complaints it received in 2019, which was just 15,342, according to a press release from the department. Of those 102,550 complaints, most were about refunds.More Related News
