A Colorado mother was charged for recklessly driving and child abuse after she crashed her SUV into a retaining wall, leaving the vehicle precariously hanging off a ledge.
Authorities said that the two officers responded to 30th Street and Valmont Road on Tuesday evening to investigate a vehicle that crashed and was hanging "precariously" on a retaining wall. Sarah Rumpf-Whitten is a breaking news writer for Fox News Digital and Fox Business.
