Top Putin ally Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko escalated his rhetoric around the threat of a nuclear strike in Ukraine and said he has moved one-third of his military to Ukraine's borders.

The top ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed Kyiv was goading Moscow into taking nuclear action in an attempt to further rally a united front against Russia.
