Arvind Kejriwal, Gopal Rai seek meeting with Union Environment Minister to discuss Delhi pollution

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Environment Minister Gopal Rai on Tuesday sought an appointment with Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav to discuss measures to be taken to reduce pollution in the national capital. The Secretary to the Delhi Environment Minister wrote a letter to the Union Minister’s private secretary in this regard. Mr. Kejriwal had on Monday said he would call on the Union Environment Minister with the audit report of Pusa bio-decompser, a microbial solution that can turn stubble into manure in 15-20 days and ask him to direct States surrounding Delhi to distribute it for free among farmers.Unfurling the zine handed to us at the start of the walk, we use brightly-coloured markers to draw squiggly cables across the page, starting from a sepia-toned vintage photograph of the telegraph office. The festival in Bengaluru is happening at various locations, including ATREE in Jakkur, Bangalore Creative Circus in Yeshwantpur, Courtyard Koota in Kengeri, and Medai the Stage in Koramangala. The festival will also take place in various cities across Karnataka including Tumakuru, Ramanagara, Mandya, Kolar, Chikkaballapura, Hassan, Chitradurga, Davangere, Chamarajanagar and Mysuru.
