“Daily Show” correspondent Jordan Klepper on Tuesday tried to keep an open mind “without nit-picking” as President-elect Donald Trump names his Cabinet.
He didn’t get very far after he played a clip announcing that South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem would be Trump’s pick for Homeland Security secretary.
“Are you fucking kidding me?” Klepper said in disbelief. “She’s supposed to get the border under control. She couldn’t even train her dog.”
Noem infamously shot her 14-month-old dog Cricket in a gravel pit because she felt the pup was “less than worthless” and “untrainable.”
