Fourth seed Anirudh Chandrasekar and Manish Sureshkumar beat Marvein Moeller and Benito Sanchez Martinez 6-2, 5-7, [10-8] in the doubles quarterfinals of the $25,000 ITF men’s tennis tournament here on Wednesday.
