Doha, Qatar: The Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and President of the Republic of Turkiye HE Recep Tayyip Erdogan witnessed the signing of several agreements and memoranda of understanding between the two countries at the Presidential Complex in Ankara today.

The agreements included a Cooperation Agreement on Humanitarian Assistance, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for collaboration on documents and archives between the Qatar National Library and the Turkish Presidential Archives, an MoU in the fields of media and communication, and an Executive Program for 2025 and 2026 under the MoU on youth and sports cooperation. 

Additionally, an agreement was signed to enhance cooperation in international land transport for passengers and goods, alongside a Declaration of Intent to facilitate trade between Qatar’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry and Turkiey’s Ministry of Trade.
