Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani performed the Istisqa (rain-seeking) prayer along with crowds of worshipers at the Lusail prayer ground on Thursday morning, reviving the Prophetic Sunnah in asking Allah the Almighty for rainfall.
