Chevrolet Impalas from the late 1950s and early 1960s are selling for astonishing amounts even without engines because they are popular with custom car builders.
It was part of a collection of over 300 similarly beat-up cars that belonged to a towing company owner in Fort Collins, Colorado, who decided to finally sell them. Gary Gastelu is Fox News Digital's automotive editor.
