The market size of the ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang Province reached 266.17 billion yuan in 2024, of which the output of ice and snow tourism was 182.33 billion yuan, said the provincial bureau of statistics.

近年来，随着我国冰雪经济的蓬勃发展，尤其是在2022年北京冬奥会的成功举办后，冰雪运动和冰雪旅游进入黄金发展期，中国冰雪产业迅速驶入快车道，“点燃”万亿级市场。2024年11月，国务院办公厅发布《关于以冰雪运动高质量发展激发冰雪经济活力的若干意见》，明确要求开展冰雪经济常态化监测、加强数据统计分析。2025年，正在着力打造世界级冰雪旅游度假胜地和冰雪经济高地的中国最北省份黑龙江，在国家统计局支持指导下，率先在全国建立起冰雪经济统计监测制度。

黑龙江省统计局表示，建立冰雪经济统计监测制度的目的是摸清相关底数，为更好推动冰雪经济发展提供决策参考。据介绍，为充分发挥统计数据支撑作用，黑龙江省统计局在税务、文旅、体育、交通、农业农村、工信等部门的协同配合下，对冰雪经济相关部门数据进行全面搜集整理。在此基础上，还对全省主要景区、购物商圈、冰雪游乐园、滑雪场、博物馆、文化艺术馆、早市夜市等7大类200余个旅游重点项目开展典型调查，涉及近4万个经营主体。初步测算结果显示，黑龙江冰雪经济发展势头强劲，“冷资源”持续向“热经济”转化，初步呈现由“一季红”到“季季红”、“一地热”到“全省热”的态势，对相关产业带动作用更加突出，为经济发展提供稳固支撑。

“三亿人参与冰雪运动”成为现实，人民群众获得感显著增强。北京冬奥会、冬残奥会的筹办举办推动了我国冰雪运动跨越式发展，冰雪运动跨过山海关，走进全国各地，开启了中国乃至全球冰雪运动新时代。筹办以来，我们建设了一大批优质的冰雪场地设施，举办了一系列丰富多彩的群众性冰雪赛事活动，人民群众参与热情持续高涨，参与人数达到3.46亿，冰天雪地成为群众致富、乡村振兴的“金山银山”。
