TOKYO: Beating Novak Djokovic is currently the toughest job in tennis but Germany's Alexander Zverev hopes his best will be enough on Friday to halt the Serb's march towards a Golden Slam when they meet in the semi-finals of the Tokyo Olympics.
World number one Djokovic is three-fifths of the way to winning all four Grand Slams and the Olympic gold in the same calendar year - the so-called Golden Slam. He needs the singles gold medal in Tokyo and then the U.S. Open title to become only the second player to achieve the feat that German Steffi Graf accomplished in 1988.More Related News
