Youth seeks bail in drugs case, says NCB's Sameer Wankhede 'planted' contraband

A 20-year-old man who was arrested in April this year in a drugs case has alleged in his bail petition that NCB's Mumbai zonal director Sameer Wankhede got a false case registered against him due to "personal enmity".
The accused, Zaid Rana, was arrested from his Mumbai residence by the NCB, which claimed to have seized 1.32 gm of LSD, 22 gm of ganja and one dab of cannabis from him. Zaid Rana claimed that Wankhede "planted" the contraband, which was purportedly found in his drawer and scooter.
