Despite a poor run in the 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the Mumbai Indians' camp has looked in a jolly mood.
Mumbai Indians (MI) have been struggling in the 2022 Indian Premier League (IPL), having lost all six of their matches. Placed at the bottom of the table, the five-time champions are in a must-win scenario to qualify for the playoffs. However, the mood in the team camp is pretty upbeat despite the poor start. Recently, Dewald Brevis and Tilak Varma had a hilarious dressing room conversation.
In a clip uploaded on MI’s official Instagram handle, Brevis can be seen talking to Varma, asking his mate to arrive early at the team room. “You need to be at 11 in the team room. You’re going to be late. That’s not nice. You must be on time,” Brevis said.
Thereafter, the camera pointed towards Varma, following which Brevis said, “Five minutes late.”
In reply, Varma said, “I’m waiting for you at the breakfast, come on man. It’s not fair,”
“When did I say you must be there?” Brevis reverted.
Taking a friendly jibe at Brevis, Varma said, “But I’m waiting for you. I’m so loyal, no. Not like you, you said you’re coming and went directly to the team room. Have you had your breakfast today?”
Brevis started replying before Varma cut him short and said, “I don’t care, but you should eat your breakfast before 11.”
