Staff reported the incident to police after noticing Martin Oochoo, 36, was not present at the facility on Dec. 25, according to a release sent by Saskatchewan RCMP shortly after 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
A warrant has been issued for Oochoo’s arrest as he is now considered unlawfully-at-large, RCMP said.
He is about five feet nine inches tall and 165 pounds with brown eyes, with a tattoo of a rose on his neck and of a cross on his upper right arm.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call their local RCMP detachment or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
RCMP said Oochoo is known to visit Regina but his current whereabouts are unknown.
