Yogi Adityanath directs officials to ensure prompt compensation for crop damages due to floods

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath told officials that any farmer whose crop is damaged should be compensated as per rules at the earliest.
Reviewing the situation of floods in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed the officials to compensate the farmers for the crop loss after assessment.
While addressing a meeting on Tuesday, Yogi Adityanath said, “The loss of agricultural crops due to floods and excessive rains should be assessed. Any farmer whose crop is damaged should be compensated as per rules at the earliest.”
