Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa has written to his Tamil Nadu counterpart MK Stalin requesting him not to oppose the Mekedatu Balancing Reservoir project across the Cauvery river, the sharing of whose waters has been a long-standing point of friction between the two states. Yediyurappa has offered Stalin a bilateral meeting to resolve the issue around the Mekedatu project and clear all apprehensions.More Related News
