WTC Final: There is no doubt R Ashwin is one of the greats of the game, says VVS Laxman

VVS Laxman said he would pick Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja in the Indian playing XI for the upcoming ICC WTC Final against New Zealand in Southampton.

Former cricketer VVS Laxman wants to see both Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja play for Team India in the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) Final because of their abilities with the ball and bat. Off-spinners Ashwin and Jadeja have played just one Test match together in England on their 2014 tour. Ashwin averages 32.92 with the ball in England and 25.77 with the bat while Jadeja averages 55 with bat and 42.37 with the bat. Both cricketers have played at least 5 Tests on the previous two tours in England in 2014 and 2018.
