WTC Final: R Ashwin's wife Prithi gives weather update from Southampton, 'rain has stopped and fans are happy'

Rain and bad weather delayed the toss and wiped out the entire first session on Day 1 of the WTC Final between India and New Zealand at the Rose Bowl stadium on Friday.

Team India off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin's wife Prithi Narayanan gave fans some good news from Southampton as she informed about the weather gods clearing up even as the wait continues for the toss at the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) Final. Rain and bad weather delayed the toss and wiped out the entire first session on Day 1 of the WTC Final between India and New Zealand at the Rose Bowl stadium. Ashwin's wife Prithi is keeping a keen eye on the proceedings from inside the stadium and even shared a video which shows an Indian player, possibly Ashwin himself, walking alongside the boundary line.
