WTC Final: For the first time in 3 years, India batsmen fail to score a single half-century in a Test

No Indian batsman has scored a fifty for the first time in a Test innings since 2018. The last time it happened was against England at the Lord’s Test. Rishabh Pant’s top-scored for India with an aggressive 41 in India’s second innings at the World Test Championship final against new Zealand.

India failed to score a single half-century in their second innings against New Zealand in the ongoing World Test Championship (WTC) final at the Ageas Bowl Southampton. For the first time since the Lord's Test in 2018, it had happened when not a single Indian batter failed to reach the half-century in an innings.
