World Test Championship Final: Virat Kohli defended India's decision to play 2 spinners in the World Test Championship final against New Zealand and said Jadeja and Ashwin would have come more into play had it not been for the weather interruptions.
Virat Kohli said he had no regrets with his playing XI and choice of bowling attack after New Zealand romped home to an 8-wicket victory over India in the final of the inaugural World Test Championship Final in Southampton on Wednesday. Virat Kohli defended the team's decision to play 2 spinners in Southampton and said it was a unanimous decision. Kohli also said rain and bad light after India were put in to bat robbed his team of the chance to get any momentum. After the first day was washed out, India got off to a good start on the second day after Kane Williamson won the toss but play was called off earlier than scheduled because of bad light.More Related News
