Woman Who Caused Tour De France Crash Is On The Run

Tour officials say they plan to sue.

The woman who caused a pile-up at the Tour de France is still on the run.  In fact, French media report she may have left the country.  Authorities released a statement on Facebook, saying they've opened an investigation into the incident.
