The two sides were level on aggregate ahead of the second leg at Emirates Stadium in London and played to another 2-2 scoreline in regulation. Pauline Bremer scored the game-winner during extra time to secure Wolfsburg's place in the Champions League final with a 3-2 win (5-4 on aggregate).
