Winston Marshall has no regrets leaving Mumford & Sons after getting 'canceled': 'I'm liberated'
Fox News
Guitarist-banjoist Winston Marshall tells Fox News Digital he has no regrets leaving Mumford & Sons after getting "canceled" for praising a book exposing Antifa.
"I'm thrilled to be back," Marshall said. "I've been playing songs that I've written over the last few years, but playing alone with a guitar. And enjoying it very much. Crowds have been very attentive, listening. It's nice to play the songs stripped back and let the lyrics and melody do the work. It feels great." Cortney O'Brien is an Editor at Fox News. Marshall fell victim to cancel culture last year after tweeting his support for a book by conservative author Andy Ngo that exposed the left wing radicalism of Antifa, "Unmasked: Inside Antifa’s Radical Plan to Destroy Democracy."
