Will implement Delhi model of schools in Telangana: Telangana CM

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao said that the Delhi school model will be implemented in Telangana.
On Saturday, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao said his government will set up a model school across the state on lines of those setup in Delhi and is soon going to send a team of officers for coordination purposes. The Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and the Telangana chief minister paid a visit to Delhi government schools in the national capital where the Telangana chief minister was briefed by officials on the change in Delhi’s education system under the AAP government.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia welcomed the Telangana CM and leaders from his party and gave them a tour of the Sarvodaya Vidyalaya Senior Secondary School in Moti Bagh area.
Among other facilities, the delegation also toured classrooms, labs, and the students' play area.
Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao went on to remark, “The process of turning into job providers rather than job seekers is very good.”
“This is very necessary for our country with such a large population,” he added.
Addressing reporters, he further said, “We will implement the Delhi model of schools in Telangana as well. We will soon send a team of officers from our state to coordinate.”
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal briefed Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao about the state government's ‘remarkable improvements’ in education and said many private school students were taking admitted to government schools due to the quality of education being imparted.
