The US administration has promised to rescue an Afghan translator who helped US President Joe Biden and other US senators after their helicopter crashed in Afghanistan in 2008. The translator is in hiding currently along with his family.
An Afghan translator, who helped rescue Joe Biden, John Kerry and several other US senators in 2008 after their helicopter crashed and wandered into a remote area, was reportedly left behind with his family by the US troops in Afghanistan. Now, the US government has promised to get him out of the country. In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, the translator called on Joe Biden, now the president of the United States, to save him and his family from the Taliban, who are reportedly targeting English translators who worked with the US and Nato allies.More Related News
