‘Will bring cocaine, get them f***ed by NCB’: Aryan Khan’s joke on WhatsApp group

Explaining a reference to 'cocaine' in his WhatsApp chats, Aryan Khan told the NCB during the probe into the drugs-on-cruise case last year that he had sent a message about the drug as a joke on a WhatsApp group.
In his statement to the Narcotics Control Bureau’s special investigation team during the probe into the drugs-on-cruise case last year, Aryan Khan explained a reference to cocaine that was found on his cell phone.
With reference to the chat on a WhatsApp group named ‘Title Undecided’, India Today has learnt that he said, “Yes, I jokingly said to the members that I will bring cocaine and get them f***ed by the NCB.”
Last week, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan was cleared of all charges due to lack of sufficient evidence in the drugs case for which he spent more than 20 days in custody last year.
The NCB SIT was formed after allegations of extortion and high-handedness against NCB officials surfaced last year. During interrogation by the SIT, Aryan Khan also narrated his experience on October 2 when he was first apprehended in the drugs case.
He said that when he reached the international cruise terminal on October 2, he was stopped by NCB sleuths and asked for his phone. “When I refused, Superintendent VV Singh opened it using my face ID. He showed me chats related to marijuana and I told him they were from the time when I was studying in the US,” he said.
He added, “I consumed marijuana in the United States of America a few times. But I have never consumed any drug including marijuana in India.”
Aryan Khan added that when he was asked for his phone password by the NCB official, he gave it out of fear and the NCB official disabled the same.
